Licensing Terms

Our digital products (assets) are subject to the following terms. By downloading and using our product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license.

Upon purchasing our assets, we grant the purchasee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the assets under the following terms below. All rights related to the assets, including without limitation, all copyright and other intellectual property rights pertaining to the assets are retained by Vtuber Graphics.

Digital Download Usages

1. The assets may be used for personal usage related to content creation whether that involves livestreaming, video editing.
2. The purchaser is granted the right to use the assets for commercially under the premise of broadcasting purposes which includes but is not limited to; streaming on twitch, youtube or any other livestream platform.
3. The assets may also be edited into videos to be used for other miscellaneous reasons related to vtubing or content creation such as for the creation of youtube videos or in clips made for social media and other platforms.
4. The purchaser may only store a copy of the product for the intention of it to be used by 1 end user. You may transfer files among your devices, granted it is available only on one location at each time per file.
5. Each purchase provides usage for 1 end user. Please purchase files more than once if more than 1 user will be using the items.
6. Redistribution is strictly prohibited.
7. You are permitted to modify and edit the assets for personal usage under the strict terms of crediting back to this website. You may not share or redistribute any assets you have modified, whether for free or sold.
8. Assets may be edited for personal usage but may not be shared to other parties nor redistributed.
9. All credit must be linked back to this website.
10. Please contact us if you seek for different licensing terms or additional use of the assets.

Prohibited Usages

For the avoidance of doubt, the points below are constituted as "Prohibited Uses" and the assets may not be used under the following circumstances.

1. You may not use the assets for any illegal, offensive, derogatory, or any other discriminatory uses which includes but is not limited to hatespeech, racism, sexism, etc. 
2. You may not use the assets for any usage that is not expressly permitted in the preceding 'Digital Download Usage' section.
3. You may not resell, or redistribute the assets for free or for payment.
4. You may not use the assets in any printed media or publication without a direct credit attributed on the same page to our website.
5. You may not download and share the file with other users.
6. You may not remove any copyright notice or trademarked content that comes with the files.
7. You may not install the assets in more than one place at a time or post a copy anywhere for others to use.
8. You may not sub-license, sub-let or re-sell, transfer or redistribute the assets upon purchase.

 General Terms

• We reserve the right to modify our terms, assets and licence at any time.
• All taxes and fees associated with the purchase of our assets is borne by the purchaser.
• We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by our assets.
• We may modify or discontinue any of our assets at any time. Once you have purchased the assets, you are responsible for backing up the download and any associated data in one location for your own private usage.
• The purchases are made under the sole responsibility of the customer and should a download be unsuccessful, we will endeavour to send you the digital download files as soon as possible. A refund will only be possible should we not be able to deliver the goods in a reasonable amount of time.
• We endeavour to have our digital downloads available to be purchased, downloaded and sent as instantaneously as possible for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, there may be times of delays or other situations that arise due to technical reasons or sudden maintenance or operations.
