You can log into your account to access any downloads you have purchased. After logging in, head to your accounts page and look for your order. Click Order Details, then scroll to the bottom of the order and you will see a Download Files heading with links to your files below. Click each link to download your files.

You will also receive a download link sent directly to your email inbox upon checkout.

Your files should be instantly available for download upon purchase. You'll receive an email, otherwise if you've logged into your account and your files are still missing upon checking, please contact our team. Should anything that is supposed to be part of what you purchased is missing, please contact us with your order number and details asap. We will ensure you receive the files you've paid for within 48 hours.

Due to the nature of the website processing system (Shopify), the address field is required for all downloads - whether free or paid. If you're downloading free goods, feel free to add in a dummy address as it won't matter.

Unfortunately, refunds are not possible for digital downloads once they have been purchased. As our assets are downloadable instantly upon payment 99% of the time, we are not able to process any refunds once the payment has gone through. Please carefully consider your purchase prior to paying. If you have accidentally purchased the same item more than once, feel free to gift to a friend or reach out to support for a possible credit instead. Credits will only be given on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances.

We take most debit and credit card payments.

All payments are handled by Shopify and Stripe. We are committed to providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience. Shopify is a leading e-commerce platform that is known for its security features. All Shopify stores use SSL certificates to encrypt customer data.

Unfortunately we are not offering any customizations or changes for our premade assets.

WEBM (animated) files are not editable but our PNG (static) files can be edited.

You are free to edit or alter the assets for personal usage, as long as they are not edited to be illegal, discriminatory or hateful.

Do note, animated items are .webm files and unable to be edited.

You must also credit our website should you edit and use our work. You may not resell, or share for free any iterative work you've made based off our downloads.

We highly appreciate a credit and/or link back to our website. Feel free to also join our loyalty program to benefit from anyone who purchases through you!

Any altered/edited items for personal usage must be credited back to our website.

We are strictly against the usage of AI in any of our creative work. We do not endorse or utilise any AI generations in our design or artwork. Every single digital download is the final product of countless hours of genuine work by human artists and designers.

We do not edit or paint over AI generations, as common as this is for other online asset directories. Please support human artists and designers.

Our assets are available for content creation and can be used freely for twitch, youtube, tiktok, kick and any other livestreaming platforms!

You may also use our assets on video edits for your content creation. This includes any edits that will be uploaded onto reels (instagram), facebook, twitter, and any other social media sites.

Commercial Usage is included for broadcasting and content creation usage.

You may not resell, reproduce or redistribute our work online or offline.
